Delivery Policy

At 44 Automation, every product we sell is digital, which means no shipping costs, no waiting for the postman, and no tracking numbers to chase. Here's exactly what happens after you hit "buy."

How Delivery Works

The moment your payment clears, our system automatically sends a confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. Inside that email, you'll find a direct download link to your product. One click and it's yours.

No accounts to create. No apps to install. No hoops to jump through.

How Fast Is It?

Instant. Most customers receive the email within seconds of completing checkout. In rare cases it may take a few minutes if there's a delay with your email provider, but it should never take longer than that.

Download Link Expiry

For security reasons, download links expire 24 hours after purchase and are limited to 5 download attempts. This protects your purchase from being accessed by anyone who might intercept the link, and keeps our delivery system secure for every customer.

Our strong recommendation: once you receive the link, download the file immediately and save it somewhere safe — a cloud drive, a dedicated folder on your laptop, or both. That way you own your copy permanently, no link required.

If your link expires before you've had a chance to download, don't worry, just email us and we'll send a fresh one. You paid for the product, and you'll get it.

I Haven't Received My Email

If your email doesn't arrive within a few minutes of purchase, here's what to do:

Check your spam or junk folder. Automated delivery emails are the most common victims of overzealous spam filters, especially with Gmail and Outlook. Nine times out of ten, this is where it is.
Check the "Promotions" tab if you use Gmail. It sometimes lands there instead of your main inbox.
Double-check the email address you used at checkout. A single typo will send your product into the void.
Still nothing? Email us at bryn.richards@44automation.co.uk with your order number and the email address you used. We'll resend the download link manually, usually within a few working hours.

We read every support email personally. You will not be ignored.

Shipping Costs

There are none. Ever. Digital delivery means zero shipping fees, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprises, no extras, no "handling charges" tacked on at the last second.

International Customers

Because our products are digital, they're available worldwide. It doesn't matter if you're in London, Los Angeles, or Lagos, the download link arrives in your inbox the same way, at the same speed, with no customs fees, no import duties, and no geographic restrictions.

Technical Problems

If your download link is broken, the file won't open, or something else has genuinely gone wrong on our end, we'll fix it. Email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll sort it, no arguments, no runaround.
