Welcome to 44 Automation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, 44automation.co.uk, and any digital products, training materials, or services we sell. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We've written this in plain English wherever possible. Where legal language is unavoidable, we've kept it as short as we can.

1. Who We Are

2. What We Sell

We sell digital products, training programmes, workbooks, prompt toolkits, and related educational materials designed to help freelancers and small business owners use AI tools more effectively. All products are delivered as instant digital downloads after purchase.

3. Your Account and Purchases

To buy from us, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login and download links secure.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Access

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Once payment clears, you receive immediate access to your purchase and lifetime access to the materials as they existed at the time of purchase. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of 44 Automation, we'll give reasonable notice if the business ever closes.

We reserve the right to update, improve, or replace product content over time. Existing customers will generally receive updates at no cost, but this is not guaranteed for major new versions.

5. Licence and Permitted Use

When you buy a digital product from us, you are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. This means:

You may use the materials for your own personal and professional purposes.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, copy, or give away any part of the materials to anyone else.
You may not use the materials to train AI models, create derivative products, or build competing training materials.
You may not reproduce the content on social media, blogs, or any public platform beyond brief, properly credited quotes.

Breach of this licence results in immediate termination of access with no refund, and may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on 44automation.co.uk and within our products, text, graphics, workbooks, training materials, branding, and the "44 Automation" name, is owned by Bryn Thomas Richards and protected by UK and international copyright law. Nothing on this site grants you any ownership rights.

7. Third-Party Tools

Our training references and teaches you how to use third-party AI platforms and tools (including but not limited to large language models, automation platforms, and AI-powered software). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platform. These tools change frequently, their features, pricing, availability, and output quality are entirely outside our control. If a third-party tool changes or shuts down, we are not liable for any impact on your ability to apply what you've learned.

8. No Guarantees of Results

Our products are educational. We teach you strategies, workflows, and techniques that have worked for us and others. We do not guarantee specific results, time savings, income, or business outcomes. Any figures, case studies, or testimonials shown on the site are examples, not promises. Your results depend entirely on your effort, circumstances, and how you apply the material.

Our content is for educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant business decisions based on anything you learn from us.

10. Refunds

All sales are final. Please see our full Refund Policy for details. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 44 Automation and Bryn Thomas Richards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you, for any claim, will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where the law prohibits such limitation.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any product or the site if you breach these Terms, initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, or misuse our materials. Termination under these circumstances does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
